Click here to download the AnswerChat installation program (ac257.exe ~2.56MB)

Save this file to a place on your computer that will be easy to access once the download is complete.

Once the download is complete, go to the location that you saved the installation program to and double-click on the file "ac257.exe" to start the AnswerChat installation".

Then follow the easy steps in the installation program.

NOTE: AnswerChat needs to be installed on the computer(s) that you want to accept chats from. You can install AnswerChat on as many computers as you want and create as many different operators as you would like.

When the installation is done, the AnswerChat software will start up automatically.

The first screen that you will see is the AnswerChat Sign On window.

Enter your Operator Name and Password and then click the "Sign On" button.

When you are signed on to AnswerChat you will see the AnswerChat icon in the Windows System Tray. All of AnswerChat's features and settings can be controlled by clicking the right-mouse button on the AnswerChat icon.

To add the AnswerChat button to your website, you will need to put some HTML code on your web pages. This should be done by the person who runs your website.

To do this click the right-mouse button on the AnswerChat icon in the system tray and select "Add AnswerChat Button...".
